We fight together for stronger contracts – that means safer job sites, industry leading pay, and democracy at work. When we win stronger collective bargaining agreements for IUPAT members we win higher standards of living for every worker in our crafts.
DC 77 Vision Statement
IUPAT District Council 77 envisions a united, educated, and empowered membership leading the way in protecting workers’ rights, advancing all our trades, and building power within the labor movement across the South.
We are committed to fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability, where every union leader and member acts with professionalism, respect, and purpose. Our leadership is grounded in strong communication, compassion, sound judgment, and a dedication to service.
DC 77 strives to organize the unorganized, support and develop our current membership, and build solidarity across all IUPAT trades, and in our communities. We recognize that organizing is the lifeblood of our movement and the key to long-term strength and stability.
Through continuous education, mentorship, and leadership development, we are cultivating the next generation of union activists and leaders who will carry forward the mission and values of the IUPAT.
